Experience
Teaching is my passion, I am working towards my PhD at Virginia Tech in order to become a professor. I have taken courses in all the subjects I offer during either my undergraduate, or graduate education. I was a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Entomology, at University of Rhode Island. I taught small review sessions and 1 on 1 lessons to reinforce concepts taught in class. I am an Eagle Scout, awarded in 2011 from Troop 2 Narragansett, RI. I recently won the Nutshell games at Virginia Tech for science communication, a summary of my research in 90 seconds.
