I tutored fellow students throughout high school in basic math and science for 9th through 12th grades. I scored a 2010 on my SATs and 3s/4s on several AP tests including Biology, Chemistry, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Statistics, English Literature and Composition, European History, US Government and US History. For my major I have taken a lot of biology and chemistry classes as well as animal anatomy and nutrition. I have taken a lot agriculture based classes including equine and livestock labs and participated in livestock and horse shows. The main reason I want to tutor is because I babysit during the summer and help to tutor school age children from K-5 to keep them ready for school in the fall. I really enjoy working with the little kids--it is so fun to see their reactions when they finally understand something! I love sharing my love of animals and photography with kids as well. They are so hands on in their learning as am I which makes it very easy for me to work with them.
